Returning Consignor Registration

For consignors that have registered for our sale in the past. Welcome back! We are glad to see you again.


New Consignor Registration

For consignors registering for the first time for our sale. Welcome to our sale! We are glad you found us.


There is a $12 non-refundable consignor registration fee due at registration for new and returning consignors. This fee will confirm your spot as a consignor and allow you to use our online inventory system. We ask that you bring a minimum of 20 items or $50.00 worth for the sale.

Please make sure to read carefully over our “Accepted Items” and “Tag & Prep your Items” pages.

Workshift Registration

Registration for work shifts will open tbd. You must be a registered and participating consignor to sign up for a work shift. For more details, please check our “Join the Crew” page.

Consignor Check Payments Through PayPal

All our consignor payments and settlements will be made through PayPal. Please make sure that the email address we have on file for you is the same one you use to sign into your PayPal account. Once we generate the payments, your settlement $$ will be transferred automatically, and within seconds, to the PayPal account associated with that email address.
You will have access to your money the second we send it. You can either spend it straight from your PayPal account, many online retailers accept PayPal payments, or you can transfer it to your local bank account. There will be absolutely no fee charged to you for receiving the money or for transferring it to your local bank account. The biggest benefit to you is that you don’t have to worry about loosing your check or driving to the bank to get it deposited.
If you do not have a PayPal account, or the email we have on file for you is not the one associated with your PayPal account, you will receive an email stating that money is available for you to claim. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to claim it. If you do not claim the money within 30 days, the money will be transferred back to our account, and we will issue and mail a check to you. There will be a $1 handling fee deducted for issuing and mailing the paper check, and keep in mind that this means you won’t receive your money until about 6 weeks after the sale. Claiming it through PayPal is a much easier and faster way to get your money.

Inventory deadline!

chicken-panic1All of your inventory items must be entered by Monday, September 28, 2020 (1:00 am on Tuesday, 09/27). You will not be able to access the inventory system to enter items after that date! We have a 400 items limit per consignor to ensure we have enough rack and table space for your items.

Sale Schedule:

  • Monday, 09/28/2020 – last day to enter items
  • Tuesday – Thursday  – 9am-8pm – consignor drop off by appointment
  • Friday, 10/02/2020 – Pre-sales 9a-7p
    • 12-hour workers enter pre-sale at 9:00am – no guests
    • 8-hour workers enter pre-sale at 10:00am – no guests
    • 4-hour workers enter pre-sale at 11:00am – no guests
    • Registered Consignors enter at 1:00 pm – no guests
    • $6 pre-paid ticket holders enter at 2pm
    • Registered Friends of Consignors enter at 3pm
    • Registered Heroes enter at 4pm
    • Registered New Parents enter at 5pm
